Job summary

Probe CX is seeking a Sales Trainer to join our newly launched Australian retail account in Makati. You will help build training programs and processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The role emphasizes delivering engaging sales, product, and customer experience training for new hires and existing staff; developing materials; and supporting onboarding, nesting, and upskilling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in BPO/contact center.
• Experience supporting sales, retail, or customer service programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging sales, product, process, and customer experience training for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Support onboarding, nesting, refresher training, and upskilling initiatives.
• Identify training and performance gaps and recommend learning interventions.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align training programs with business and client requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing processes, products, and business needs as the account grows.
• Contribute to establishing training standards and best practices for the newly launched account.

As part of a new account, this role offers the opportunity to help build training programs and processes from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging sales, product, process, and customer experience training for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Support onboarding, nesting, refresher training, and upskilling initiatives.
• Identify training and performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business and client requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing processes, products, and business needs as the account grows.
• Contribute to establishing training standards and best practices for the newly launched account.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the BPO/contact center industry.
• Experience supporting sales, retail, or customer service programs is an advantage.
• Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and learning activities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Amenable to work onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.
• Amenable to work a predominantly day shift schedule.
• Amenable to start on September 25, 2026
