Job summary

ProbeGroup Philippines Inc. is seeking a passionate Trainer (Pioneer AU Retail Account) to support onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing learning initiatives within our operations team in Makati. You will lead engaging sessions, develop materials, and coach employees to improve performance in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes facilitation, coaching, and collaboration with Operations, QA, and HR teams to meet business goals and support staff development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development or related role.
• Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Amenable to a predominantly dayshift schedule and onsite work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities.
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirements.
• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.
