Job summary

Probe CX is seeking a Sales Trainer to join our newly launched Australian retail account. This role offers an opportunity to build training programs and processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key responsibilities include facilitating training for new hires and existing staff, developing materials, and supporting onboarding and upskilling initiatives. The role requires adaptability and a day shift, onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
• Experience in a BPO/contact center is preferred.
• Strong presentation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and activities.
• Able to adapt quickly to evolving processes and products.
• Onsite work for Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, nesting, refresher training, and upskilling initiatives.
• Identify training and performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business and client requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing processes, products, and business needs as the account grows.
• Contribute to establishing training standards and best practices for the newly launched account.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the BPO/contact center industry.




• Experience supporting sales, retail, or customer service programs is an advantage.




• Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.




• Ability to create engaging training materials and learning activities.




• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.




• Amenable to work onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.




• Amenable to work a predominantly day shift schedule.




• Amenable to start on September 25, 2026.
