Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations for CC and SFP in a designated region. The role ensures execution excellence, drives business results, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.

Based at the Legaspi Sales Office, you will coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, manage vendors, and monitor KPIs to continually improve activation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP and coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations.
• TPA Coordination: manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee activation issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: collect feedback and share insights regularly for improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: track activation KPIs and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations and route plans.
