Job summary

Philip Morris Philippines National Marketing seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive in the Muntinlupa Sales Office to lead on-ground activations for CC and SFP, driving execution excellence and capturing consumer insights to support brand strategies.

You will coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, manage local vendors, monitor activation KPIs, and collaborate on route plans and POS nominations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution
• Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination
• Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting
• Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
• These tasks describe the on-ground activation oversight and cross-functional collaboration expected in the role.
