Corporate Executive Search, Inc. (CESI) seeks a Head of Total Rewards in the Philippines to lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs. You will develop competitive frameworks aligned with business goals and talent objectives.

The role requires governance of salary structures, market benchmarking, and oversight of benefits programs, with emphasis on analytics, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards with leadership experience.
• Strong experience in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, and incentive design.
• Experience managing employee benefits and rewards programs across a sizeable organization.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the total rewards strategy aligned with business and people priorities.
• Review and enhance compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and equity.
• Lead annual salary reviews, merit increases, and promotion processes.
• Govern compensation governance and establish policies for rewards administration.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders on rewards-related matters.
