Job summary

IGO Digital Technology Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Expert to own end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy as the company scales across markets.

This hands-on role requires building scalable frameworks for salary structures, banding, and benefits architecture that extend into new geographies. You will benchmark against leading sources, partner with senior leaders to align rewards with talent goals, and own the annual review cycle and pay equity analytics, while monitoring regulatory

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards.
• Experience designing or scaling reward structures across more than one market.
• Hands-on familiarity with major benchmarking sources/methodologies (Mercer, Birches Group, WTW, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead external compensation and benefits benchmarking across roles, functions, and markets using recognized survey providers and consulting sources.
• Assess current comp & benefits processes, structures, and policies, and identify gaps against market practice.
• Design and implement scalable total rewards frameworks (salary structures, banding, benefits architecture) built to extend into new markets as the company expands regionally and globally.
• Partner with business leaders to align rewards strategy with talent attraction, retention, and business goals.
• Own the annual compensation review cycle, salary structure updates, and job leveling/grading methodology.
• Evaluate and recommend benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-efficiency across markets.
• Build reporting and analytics to track pay equity, competitiveness, and total rewards spend.
• Stay current on regulatory and market trends affecting comp & benefits in the Philippines and other markets the company expands into.

IGO Digital is scaling fast — and our compensation and benefits function needs to scale with it. We're looking for a Total Rewards Expert to bring external rigor and strategic structure to how we benchmark, design, and administer rewards across the organization. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone ready to own total rewards strategy end-to-end: assessing what exists today, benchmarking against the market, and building frameworks that can extend cleanly as we grow into new geographies.

What You’ll Own

• Lead external compensation and benefits benchmarking across roles, functions, and markets, using recognized survey providers and consulting sources


• Assess current comp & benefits processes, structures, and policies, and identify gaps against market practice


• Design and implement scalable total rewards frameworks (salary structures, banding, benefits architecture) built to extend into new markets as the company expands regionally and globally


• Partner with business leaders to align rewards strategy with talent attraction, retention, and business goals


• Own the annual compensation review cycle, salary structure updates, and job leveling/grading methodology

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards, including direct exposure to external market benchmarking


• Experience designing or scaling reward structures across more than one market, or strong exposure to multi-country total rewards frameworks


• Hands-on familiarity with major benchmarking sources/methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Birches Group, WTW, or similar)


• Strong analytical and data modeling skills — comfortable building comp structures and models independently


• Experience assessing and redesigning existing processes, not just administering established ones


• Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on with execution


• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior leadership on rewards decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, tech, or other fast-scaling industries


• Prior consulting-side experience (Mercer, Birches Group, WTW, or similar) transitioning in-house


• Exposure to Southeast Asian and/or Latin American compensation markets


• Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or related HR credentials
