Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager for a growing, people-focused organization in the Philippines. You will lead the total rewards function across compensation, benefits, and analytics, shaping strategy and governance.

You will manage a rewards team, partner with HRBPs and senior leaders, and drive salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and policies to ensure compliance and market alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards functions.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and rewards strategy.
• Experience managing and developing HR or rewards teams.
• Proven capability to partner with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy for the organisation.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for rewards administration, benefits management, and rewards analytics.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide strategic rewards guidance and recommendations.
• Drive annual compensation processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, incentive programmes, and job evaluations.
• Oversee benefits design, governance, vendor management, and programme optimisation.
• Utilise workforce and compensation data to generate insights, support decision-making, and enhance reward effectiveness.
• Review and improve policies, frameworks, and processes related to total rewards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and market best practices.
