Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking a motivated undergraduate student for a Total Rewards internship in Makati. You will support daily operations, organize the benefits drive, and assist with employee inquiries about incentive plans.

You will also participate in internal process improvements and help update SharePoint pages. Ideal candidates are pursuing business, HR, or management degrees, have strong English communication, and can handle multiple projects in a hybrid work setup in

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in college/university in business, HR or related fields.
• Prior internship in Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations on total rewards topics.
• Organize benefits shared drive and documents for team collaboration.
• Assist with employee inquiries on Employee Share Plan and global incentive plans.
• Participate in internal Total Rewards process improvements and initiatives.
• Support SharePoint updates for Total Rewards pages.
