Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Makati, Philippines, invites undergraduate students to join its HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management team on a hybrid internship. You will dispatch tickets, update templates, assign emails, and complete SAP HR tasks while accumulating 600 on-the-job training hours.

Ideal candidates study Business/Administration/HR, have MS Office skills, strong English, and can manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources or related fields.
• Prior internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to organize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Need a signed MOA, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college/university.
• Hybrid setup with on-site work in Ayala Avenue, Makati and 600 hours of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team.
• Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures.
• Assign emails within the team mailbox for timely responses.
• Complete SAP HR tickets accurately and promptly.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance workflow.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support operations.
