Job Summary:
Support the HR team in day-to-day human resources operations, with exposure to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. The role involves assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, supporting timekeeping and benefits-related activities, preparing HR documents and reports, and coordinating with employees and department heads. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in various HR functions while developing organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, applicant screening, interview scheduling, drafting assessment forms, recruitment coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update ATS recruitment trackers, employee masterlists, personnel files, and HR records to ensure accurate and organized employee information.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including attendance timekeeping, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leave monitoring, and other employee benefits.
- Assist in handling employee relations concerns, including employee inquiries, attendance matters, HR communications, and employee engagement activities.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including pre-employment requirements, onboarding, regularization, resignations, clearance, and offboarding.
- Assist in preparing and organizing HR documents, reports, announcements, trackers, and other administrative requirements while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with employees, department heads, and other teams to support day-to-day HR operations, employee requests, and company HR initiatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources concepts and practices.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
- Can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and gain practical experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
