The Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting compensation, total rewards, workforce analytics, and HR reporting initiatives. The role provides data-driven insights, salary benchmarking analysis, workforce planning support, and compensation recommendations to assist the Country HR Director in making informed talent and workforce decisions. Reporting directly to the Country HR Director, this role serves as the subject matter expert for compensation analytics, salary structures, workforce data, and labor cost reporting.
Conduct salary benchmarking using external market surveys and compensation databases
Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments
Support annual salary review processes, including merit increases, bonus reviews, and incentive programs
Assist in job evaluation and job grading activities to maintain internal equity
Monitor salary structures and identify opportunities for market alignment and competitiveness
Support administration of total rewards and compensation programs
Prepare workforce reports, HR metrics, compensation analytics, and labor cost analyses
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports
Analyze workforce trends, attrition, headcount movements, and organizational data
Provide data and insights to support workforce planning decisions
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related HR functions
Strong experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, business partnering
Experience in workforce reporting and HR analytics
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis
Experience with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW, Aon/Radford, or JobStreet
Understanding of job evaluation and salary structure principles
Experience in workforce planning, labor cost analysis, or manpower reporting
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools
