The Supervisor, Total Rewards (Benefits) supports the design, implementation, and administration of HR Services & benefits programs within an organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that the total rewards strategy aligns with business objectives and supports efforts to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The successful candidate will lead a team of Total Rewards Specialists/Associates and work closely with employees, HR leaders, benefit providers, brokers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other fringe benefits.
Lead the communication and education of employees regarding Total Rewards and benefits offerings.
Evaluate existing benefits programs and recommend enhancements to improve competitiveness, employee experience, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with benefit providers, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure quality service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries, concerns, and claims.
Liaise with benefit providers and third-party administrators to resolve complex employee concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee benefits-related data, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims information, within the HRIS.
Analyze benefits utilization data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage the uniform distribution process, including inventory monitoring, ordering, and distribution.
Lead and provide guidance to Total Rewards Specialists/Associates, including task assignment, performance feedback, and resource allocation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a proven track record of benefits administration success.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and trends.
Experience in benefits administration and working with benefit providers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
Proficiency in compensation/benefits analysis and modeling.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
