Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Total Rewards Manager to lead HR programs spanning Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Analytics, Manpower Cost, and Payroll Oversight.
You will develop training strategies, conduct salary benchmarking, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while partnering with Finance and HR teams. A minimum of five years of HR experience is required.
We are looking for a Learning & Total Rewards Manager to lead and oversee key HR programs covering Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Analytics, Manpower Cost, and Payroll Oversight.
Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy and annual training programs.
Identify training needs and capability gaps through needs analysis and performance data.
Manage leadership, technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
Manage and continuously review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
Lead the annual performance management cycle and ensure timely completion across the organization.
Design and manage employee rewards and recognition programs.
Prepare and monitor manpower budgets, headcount plans, and personnel costs.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in Learning & Development and Total Rewards.
Strong experience in Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Rewards & Recognition.
Knowledge and experience in manpower costing, HR analytics, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
Experience in payroll oversight and coordination with payroll/Finance teams.
Good understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential employee information.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR data into practical business recommendations.
