CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist to deliver accurate HR and Talent Acquisition reporting, workforce analytics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across HR.

You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to develop reports, monitor key metrics, automate reporting, ensure data integrity, and present executive summaries to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate HR and Talent Acquisition reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide timely visibility into workforce and recruitment performance.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support business reviews, workforce planning, and decision-making.
  • Analyze HR and recruitment metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring activity, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, offer acceptance rate, and other workforce KPIs.
  • Interpret HR and recruitment data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Microsoft Excel and other reporting platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR and recruitment data across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, trackers, and reporting databases.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful reports and analytics.
  • Produce executive-level reports and presentations summarizing key HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with HR reporting standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and data governance requirements.

About the role

The HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR and Talent Acquisition reporting, workforce analytics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the Human Resources function. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop reports, monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role also ensures data integrity, supports workforce planning initiatives, and drives continuous improvement through reporting automation and analytics.
