Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics Lead to drive compensation programs, analytics, budgeting, and workforce forecasting. You will partner with leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize talent attraction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong expertise in salary benchmarking, HR analytics, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with a strategic, stakeholder-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7–10 years of progressive HR experience with compensation/benefits, analytics, budgeting & forecasting, and HR business partnering.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation and total rewards programs design, implementation, and administration.
Conduct salary benchmarking using market surveys and external databases.
Review offers, promotions, and retention adjustments.
Support annual compensation reviews, including merit increases and incentives.
Prepare workforce and labor cost analytics; develop salary budgets and forecasts.
Create executive dashboards and reports for leadership.
Partner with leaders on organizational and workforce planning decisions.
