Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to join our Commercial Development Team. You will be the first impression, qualify prospects, and drive opportunities through coordinated efforts with marketing, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities include identifying the right contacts, developing new business from multiple sources, setting appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate CRM data while learning product

Qualifications

• 1–3 years telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Finance knowledge or experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and building client relationships.
• Excellent client service and goal orientation in a BD environment.
• Experience handling objections, organizing work, and communicating with senior audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential prospects within Market Intelligence accounts.
• Identify the right group/users and engage them about products.
• Develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads.
• Develop outreach to drive appointments with Sales Representatives.
• Follow up on leads and research potential prospects.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Engage with new logo accounts to move opportunities through the buying process.
• Build prospect relationships through communications and follow-ups.
• Grow product knowledge by attending demos and seeking feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage daily priorities.
