Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in the Philippines seeks an energetic inside sales professional to drive top-of-funnel opportunities. You will qualify prospects, coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams, and develop outreach strategies to secure appointments.

You will expand relationships with new logo accounts, maintain CRM data, and contribute to pipeline reporting. The role emphasizes performance against quotas and strong client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
• Finance knowledge / experience working in financial services
• Proven track record of achieving quota, daily/weekly/monthly activity goals, research, and pipeline development
• Proven track record of strong client relationships
• Excellent client service skills
• Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment
• Experience in dealing with challenging situations, i.e. objection handling and overcoming gatekeepers
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage a senior level audience

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential prospects and manage top of the funnel opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, sales, and relationship management to align solutions with client needs.
• Develop outreach strategies to drive appointments with Sales Representatives.
• Follow up on leads and research potential prospects.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Engage with new logo accounts to advance buying processes.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and timely communication records.
