Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Timekeeping staff member to support attendance, payroll processing, and HR records. The role focuses on accurate data entry of daily attendance, overtime, leaves, and schedule changes, with strict confidentiality.

You will review records, endorse data for payroll, maintain attendance files, and liaise with employees and supervisors to resolve discrepancies while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• College level or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of timekeeping, HR, payroll, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, follow-up, and spreadsheet skills.
• Timekeeping, payroll, HR, or clerical experience is an advantage.
• Able to work with deadlines and confidential employee information.
• Familiarity with biometric or attendance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review daily attendance and timekeeping records.
• Encode approved overtime, leave, schedule changes, and corrections.
• Follow up missing or inconsistent records with employees and supervisors.
• Prepare timekeeping summaries and endorse validated data for payroll.
• Maintain attendance files and confidentiality.
