Job summary

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of timekeeping or clerical experience, strong accuracy, and familiarity with biometric/attendance systems. College level or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Excellent spreadsheet abilities and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review daily attendance and timekeeping records.
• Encode approved overtime, leave, schedule changes, and corrections.
• Follow up missing or inconsistent records with employees and supervisors.
• Prepare timekeeping summaries and endorse validated data for payroll.
• Maintain attendance files and confidentiality.
