Job summary

Mangojob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Timekeeping Staff to maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll processing. The role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals who can work professionally with the team in a busy on-site environment in Quezon City.

The candidate should have up to 1 year of related experience and a preference for those with familiarity with biometric/attendance systems. College level or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of timekeeping, HR, payroll, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, follow-up, and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with biometric or attendance systems is preferred.
• Able to work with deadlines and confidential employee information.
• College Level or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review daily attendance and timekeeping records.
• Encode approved overtime, leave, schedule changes, and corrections.
• Follow up missing or inconsistent records with employees and supervisors.
• Prepare timekeeping summaries and endorse validated data for payroll.
• Maintain attendance files and confidentiality.
