Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Timekeeping Support Specialist in Manila to handle daily time and labor processes, ensuring accurate posting of timecard transactions in line with policies and regulations. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to contribute to a global infrastructure leader.

You will gather and review timesheets, perform week- end closes, and assist with period-end reporting using Oracle Time & Labor, ADP, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Timekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience in outsourcing/shared services or compensation-related roles is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge in HR Systems such as Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple to complicated time and labor processes to support timekeeping services.
• Gathers and reviews timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked.
• Performs weekly close to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
• Generates period-end reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Monitors timekeeping reports and handles SNOW requests.
