Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Time & Labor Supervisor to oversee daily time and payroll related activities. You will lead a team, design workflows, and ensure accurate time entry, production, and deductions while aligning with SLA targets.

This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to drive process improvements, coach staff, and support global HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Payroll and related field.
• 7+ years of experience in outsourcing/shared services, managing Payroll teams supporting AMER region.
• Advanced knowledge of HR processes and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Time & Labor team and develop internal workflow processes, operating procedures, schedules, and controls.
• Manage workload and capacity; adjust staffing to support scope and volume changes.
• Lead governance meetings to discuss results, issues, strategies, and improvements with stakeholders.
• Develop reports and analyses on resource utilization, SLA performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze complex issues and implement solutions; provide timely progress reports to managers.
