Job summary

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with HR systems (Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow), and a focus on process improvement and audit readiness. This is a full-time position based at an AECOM office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced knowledge of timekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience in stakeholder and client management is advantageous.
• Experience in outsourcing/shared services or compensation-related roles is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in HR systems, preferably Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide moderately complex to complex time and labor support.
• Approve timesheets and verify attendance for accuracy.
• Lead weekly close process for timecard posting.
• Create and review period-end reports as required.
• Monitor regular timekeeping reports and data accuracy.
• Resolve timekeeping inquiries per standard procedures.
• Escalate issues and propose resolutions to Team Lead.
