Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping Specialist to support day-to-day time and labor processes and ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions. The role requires handling standard-to-moderate timekeeping tasks, reviewing timesheets, and generating essential reports.

You will maintain SOPs, assist in issue resolution, and work within established SLAs while leveraging Oracle Time & Labor and ServiceNow tools. Join a global infrastructure leader and contribute to critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Proficient knowledge of timekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience in outsourcing/shared services or compensation-related roles preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of HR systems, preferably Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and reviews timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked.
• Performs weekly close to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
• Provides support on extracting period-end reports such as post-payroll reports.
• Runs regular timekeeping reports and answers inquiries using company systems.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintains SOPs and documents updates; supports process improvements.
• Handles SNOW requests related to timekeeping and closes cases as needed.
