Job summary

AECOM is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll services for the US region from the Philippines. You will process payroll tasks in line with SOPs, regulations, and SLAs, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

The role requires US payroll experience, high-volume processing, and proficiency in MS Office, Empower, ADP, Workday, and related systems. Excellent English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in payroll.
• Experience in US payroll processing is preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll processing.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform payroll activities for the US region.
• Provide regulatory alignment to ensure compliant payroll processing (taxation and legislation).
• Manage payroll systems documentation and records for compliance.
• Escalate and analyze issues to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain SOPs/DTP and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform tasks in line with SLAs, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with audit-related activities and process improvements.
