• Provides Level 3 technical support to Operations in resolving complex networking issues that require expert-level analysis.
• Technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations and tools efficiencies.
• Facilitates technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies.
• Resolution of Incidents and incident reductions, maintain Network/Service Availability.
