Job summary

Globe Telecom in Makati seeks a Tier2 Resource Engineer to support the PS Network, delivering Level 3 technical support and expert analysis on complex networking issues.

You will act as a technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, and tool efficiencies, and you will help train teams to improve skills and service availability.

• Technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations and tools efficiencies.
• Facilitates technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies.
• Resolution of Incidents and incident reductions, maintain Network/Service Availability.
