Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors alarms via AMS/EMS for the Core network and acknowledges them promptly.
• Creates fault tickets for network incidents and outages.
• Performs first-line troubleshooting of alarms and performance issues.
• Escalates incidents to the appropriate support groups as needed.
• Provides regular incident status updates and resolves complaints.
• Supports automation initiatives and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
