Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking a Fulfillment Assistant in Operations to support ticket fulfilment and admin tasks across our platforms. You will manage digital ticket distribution, maintain accurate data records, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams and systems (Magento and TMS) to learn delivery methods, flag anomalies, and continuously improve processes while handling repetitive tasks with a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Download and organise tickets in bulk across platforms.
• Fulfil orders by sending tickets to customers using internal systems.
• Data entry and accuracy of ticket records across platforms.
• Learn delivery methods and ticketing websites and how their systems work.
• Identify and flag anomalies within the fulfilment process.
• Allocate tickets to customers using our internal TMS.
