We are seeking a Fulfillment Assistant in Operations to support ticket fulfilment and admin tasks across our platforms.

Qualifications

Thrives in a fast-paced environment where plans and priorities change.
Able to complete repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of events/ticketing industry is advantageous.
Time management skills to meet conflicting deadlines.
Eager to learn and improve professionally.

Responsibilities

Downloading and organizing tickets in bulk across multiple platforms.
Fulfilling orders by sending tickets to customers using internal systems (Magento, TMS).
Data management and entry of tickets across platforms.
Learning different ticket delivery methods.
Understanding primary ticketing websites and how they work.
Identify and flag anomalies in the fulfilment process.
Strategically organizing tickets into bulk across platforms.
Allocating tickets to customers using internal systems (TMS).
