Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking an Order & Catalog Specialist to support our growing online business in the Philippines.

You will monitor online orders, coordinate with warehouses, maintain accurate product catalogs, and work with IT and design teams to ensure a seamless storefront experience. Key duties include analyzing website metrics, generating performance reports, and proposing enhancements to improve conversions and operations.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating orders and inventory in an e-commerce setting.
Ability to analyze metrics and present insights.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and delivery to customers.
Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
Address and resolve order-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Update and maintain the product catalog on the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented to drive sales and conversions.
Work with web development and design teams to oversee storefront updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand adherence.
Conduct regular audits to identify and fix website issues, such as broken links or loading errors.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures.
Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present actionable insights to optimize operations and drive business growth.
Collaborate with IT and e-commerce platform providers to maintain platform functionality, security, and performance.
