Your expertise in the ticketing space will ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service throughout the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and fulfill ticket orders across multiple platforms and marketplaces.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with internal departments to coordinate inventory, resolve issues, and ensure timely order completion.
• Communicate with external partners to clarify order details, address discrepancies, and ensure smooth fulfillment workflows.
• Verify all order information and ticket availability before fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot delivery or inventory issues and provide prompt, professional updates on resolution progress.
• Keep accurate, organized records of all fulfilled orders and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in the ticketing industry is required (ticket operations, sales, box office, brokerage, or marketplace fulfillment).
