• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, photos and promotions across online selling platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address after-sales concerns.
• Monitor and process customer orders from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and other departments for timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of fast-moving products.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, orders, inventory and e-commerce activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, platform guidelines and established procedures.
