Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a multilingual Thai-speaking professional to join our customer support team in Quezon City. This onsite role features shifting/night hours and a competitive monthly salary.

You will handle Thai and English communications, assist with billing and service inquiries, document interactions, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. A sign-on bonus is PHP 20,000 plus incentives and there are opportunities for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Fluent and spontaneous in Thai.
• Able to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of English required for training and client systems.
• BPO experience is not required.
• Collections experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also apply.
• Must be willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat and email.
• Provide customer support in Thai and English.
• Assist with account, billing, service and product-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
