Job summary

Maya is seeking a Territory Solutions Lead in the Philippines to drive merchant acquisition and cross-sell Maya banking products through partners and agencies. You will manage key merchants, review performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding the Maya footprint in the region.

In this fast-paced role, you will develop sales coverage plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize merchant value and drive growth in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Acquire merchants and grow Maya Business use cases and loans GTV in the assigned territory via accredited partners and agencies.
• Directly manage key merchants in the assigned territory by cross-selling Maya solutions, collecting and submitting documents, providing after-sales support, and distributing and auditing trade merchandise.
• Conduct regular business reviews, trainings, and maintain regulatory compliance of accredited partners and agencies.
• Create effective and efficient sales coverage plans.
