Job summary

Wellmade Manufacturing Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in FMCG.

You will drive territory performance, manage distributor relations, and execute market strategies to grow market share and product availability. You will coach and develop sales staff, monitor performance, analyze results, and ensure best practices in merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Experience handling distributors and general trade accounts
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• With valid driver's license
