Maya in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Partnership Associate to establish and nurture relationships with FMCG company stakeholders and their distributors, from executives to on-ground agents, to drive collaboration and mutual success.

The role requires handling multiple partners and channels, using data-driven insights to act on field metrics, and coordinating field operations with strong ownership. A personal vehicle is preferred, and you should be willing to cover the Cebu territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized college.
• 2–3 years of sales, acquiring, telco, FMCG, distribution experience.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret field metrics.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Having a personal vehicle is ideal to support field mobility.
• Willing to cover the whole Cebu territory.

Overview:

The Senior Sales Partnership Associate will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of FMCG companies and their distributors, including executives and on-ground agents/fleets to drive collaboration and mutual success.

What you will do:

• Strong background in sales, field operations, or relationship/account management
• Experience handling multiple partners, channels, or key accounts
• Exposure to acquiring, telco, or distribution networks preferred
• Familiarity with the FMCG landscape is a plus but not required
• Independent and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Driven by execution, speed, and collaborative success.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required by partners.

What we are looking for:

• 4-year course College Graduate; Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience (Sales, acquiring, telco, FMCG, distribution, etc.)
• Data-driven, with the ability to interpret and act on field metrics
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Having a personal vehicle is ideal to support field mobility and partner engagement
• Willing to cover for the whole Cebu territory
