Job summary

Disruptive Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Cebu City to drive territory growth, manage key accounts, and build lasting customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving targets through strategic planning and effective field sales execution.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in sales (preferably managerial), strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to work Monday through Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience managing a sales territory and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong background in field sales, account management and customer relationship building.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Sales experience in Lighting, construction, tiles and related industries.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
