Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. in Iloilo is seeking a Sales Leader to develop area-specific strategies, build and lead a team of sales executives, and identify new business opportunities within the territory.

You will drive sales performance and align with marketing and executive leadership. You will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, and provide regular forecasts and market analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise sales; preferably in retail/distribution of office equipment or related tech/solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies aligned with sales objectives; Build and motivate a team of sales executives; Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention; Resolve client issues promptly.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management; Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly; Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to support promotions.
