Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in sales with food/ingredients sector.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Skilled in reporting, analysis, and executing effective sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field.
• Passion for food and baking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Key Account Management for assigned accounts and guide Sales Managers in managing their portfolios.
• Drive account growth by expanding business with existing clients and engaging new accounts.
• Lead initiatives in food and related ingredients, including project management for new product development.
• Collaborate with the IFS Business Development Team and Actron R&D to bring new solutions to market.
• Manage and coordinate with principals and suppliers as part of business development and project execution.
• Monitor division performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales and business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the company's mission, vision and values.
• Oversee the performance of all Account Managers within the IFS division.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to ensure team success.
