Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Territory Manager based in the Philippines (Pasig area) to promote and sell nutrition products through doctors, pharmacies, and distributors. You will travel as needed, build professional relationships, and drive market share in a competitive landscape.

Required are 2+ years in sales, strong English and local language communication, and a goal-oriented, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Territory Management or as a Professional Medical Representative in pharma or consumer goods.
Above-average communication skills in English and the local language.
Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
College education in Sales or Business Management is preferred.
Strong selling and relationship-building abilities required.

Responsibilities

Promotes assigned products to doctors using prescribed sales techniques and visits MDs with planned frequency.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with doctors.
Achieve and exceed monthly target calls and performance metrics.
Execute marketing strategies and action plans effectively.
Promote products through detailing, presentations, CME activities, and approved initiatives.
Continuously identify and update target doctors to grow market share.
Submit required reports essential to operations.
