Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth across Pilmico Animal Nutrition within a defined territory in the Philippines. You will build a loyal customer base through active selling and sustainable partnerships with Agri-Centers, Agri-posts, and Farm Accounts.

The role emphasizes market analysis, business planning, and credit term management to sustain revenue and ensure compliant operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business-related course or related degree preferred.
• Experience in sales in agriculture or related industry is advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts within Pilmico Animal Nutrition in the assigned territory.
• Develop and present territory business plans and analyze market data.
• Maintain credit terms within corporate standards and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with Agri-Centers, Agri-posts, and Farm Accounts for growth.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers; manage partnerships.
