Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Sales professional to drive Specialty Nutrition product sales within the Philippine agribusiness and feed milling sector. You will execute sales strategies, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, monitor market trends, and provide strategic feedback to Sales leadership for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Philippine agribusiness, specialty nutrition, or commercial feed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for Specialty Nutrition in the Philippine agribusiness/feed milling sector.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitor market trends, and provide competitor insights to the Sales Leader.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support sales strategies and product development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders; deliver technical guidance and value-added solutions.
