Job summary

Abbott Philippines is seeking a District Sales Manager in Taguig to lead Territory Managers, drive sales targets, and optimize distributor partnerships for Abbott's nutrition portfolio. You will mentor a two-person team and collaborate with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors to grow market share.

You will also manage promotional budgets, coach the district team, and ensure consistent KPI achievement across channels to deliver sustainable regional growth for Abbott’s nutrition products.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Sales Manager.
• Proven track record in sales with strong leadership.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of two or more professionals, mentoring and coordinating.
• Promote and sell products across designated channels in the territory by contacting physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Drive achievement of monthly targets and annual targets for the products.
• Manage territory promotional budgets to support target achievement.

• Conduct product presentations and focus groups for the team as needed.
• Train Territory Managers to support growth and performance.

The Opportunity

As the District Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing Territory Managers covering a specific territory with defined targets and defined resources.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of two or more professionals, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.
• Promote and/or sell the organization’s products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors.
• Drive achievement of monthly targets per product with a goal of achieving annual targets.
• Manage financial resources assigned to the district, specifically promotional expenses, to support target achievement.
• Manage Territory Managers and ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
• Conduct product presentations and focus group discussions for the team when needed.
• Train and develop Territory Managers to support their overall growth and performance.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure efficient delivery of products to points of purchase.
• Coach and motivate the district team to maximize performance.
• Address day-to-day business challenges and develop effective solutions to support customers, clients, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• Must have been a Sales Manager for at least 5 years.
• Proven track record in sales with strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience/background.
