Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a driven sales professional to grow the market in Camarines Norte. You will build and sustain dealer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate marketing and technical activities to raise product awareness and demand.

You will conduct product presentations and field demonstrations, monitor market trends, and ensure sales programs are executed effectively within the territory, while preparing forecasts and development plans for timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Agriculture or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand the market presence within the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.
• Partner with dealers in marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and demand.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the territory.
• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other engagements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, development plans, and accomplishment reports on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
