Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive growth in the Oriental Mindoro region. You will build and maintain dealer networks, present products, and execute sales programs to expand market share.

The role requires 2–3 years in plant nutrition or crop protection, BS Agriculture, and a driving license with motorcycle operation. You will monitor market trends and report forecasts and plans to management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture or a related field.
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection industry.
• Computer literate, Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle & possess a valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand the market presence of FertiGlobal PH within the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.
• Partner with dealers in the execution of marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and generate market demand.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management.
• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the assigned territory.
• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation on time.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
