Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales professional to drive growth and expand market presence across the assigned region. You will build strong dealer networks, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate marketing and technical activities to boost product demand.

The role requires field demonstrations, sales forecasting, and active participation in industry events. A BS Agriculture degree and 2–3 years in plant nutrition or crop protection are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Agriculture or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection.
• Computer literacy with basic MS Office and internet tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels.
• Partner with dealers in marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and demand.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements; provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and BD strategies in the territory.
• Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and government-related activities.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and territory plans on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
