Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional for the Bicol region (Albay). The role focuses on expanding market presence, building dealer networks, and developing opportunities in plant nutrition and crop protection.

You will conduct product presentations, coordinate marketing activities with dealers, monitor market trends, and prepare territory development plans to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture or related field.
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection industry.
• Computer literate, proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand the market presence of FertiGlobal PH within the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.
• Partner with dealers in the execution of marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and generate market demand.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management.
• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the assigned territory.
• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation on time.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
