Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Catanduanes region. You will build and sustain dealer relationships, identify new customers and distribution channels, and collaborate on marketing and technical activities to raise product awareness.

You will conduct product presentations, monitor market trends, and ensure sales programs are implemented within the territory, while preparing accurate forecasts and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BS Agriculture or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business and expand FertiGlobal PH in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships to meet sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, and channels to grow market share.
• Collaborate with dealers on marketing, promotions, and technical activities to raise product awareness.
• Conduct product presentations, field demos, and technical briefings for customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; share Intel with management.
• Ensure effective execution of sales programs and development plans in the territory.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government activities.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, territory plans, and reports on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand the market presence of FertiGlobal PH within the assigned territory.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.

• Partner with dealers in the execution of marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and generate market demand.

• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management.

• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the assigned territory.

• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation on time.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications
